I don't eat pork horribly much at all. That is the 2nd time I have had pork in a year, so I'm not horribly worried about that.

Sorry to hear that your leg had some issues cosy. I have knee problems myself and when it acts up it can be annoying as heck.

got knee problems too (bursitis....got it from being mugged when I lived in Boise---well that was the event that messed up my knee, and Boise was supposed to be a really really good place to live

)....but yeah thanks. I am supposed to stay off of it, am supposed to give my shoulder a rest (right shoulder---have you tried to brush your teeth with your non-dominant hand???)....its just been a bad summer for me physically

think I need a long vacation somewhere with lots of soft surfaces and lots of people to wait on me--------

Wait, Boise has criminal activity?!?!? Who knew... I just thought they were all a bunch of real spuds... (that was bad...). I have tried to brush my teeth before with my left hand. Very difficult to do indeed... Did not like it one bit.

That sounds like a fantastic vacation... Now if only that could be found for cheap...

brushing my teeth is about the only activity I have been unable to get the hang of with my non-dominant hand (I can write left handed, use scissors, and even stir food--though dont quite have the fine motor control--have a tendency to stir stuff out of the bowl

it has been quite an experience.

and yes Boise was a very safe place to live when I moved there, people didnt have locked doors (one lady I worked with never had them installed on her house!) people did not lock their doors, kids walked to school-----and yet I got mugged while living in one of the safest cities in the usa, yes that is my luck

(they were kids from arizona trying to steal enough money to get home or that was what they told the police, yes they were caught and yes I had to go to court).

Don't eat that much pork and luckily so does my parents.

Tried to do a lot of thing with my left hand :
-Cooking I can
-Writing feels more like drawing...
-Brushing teeth is...it seems I can't be that much pressure, it just feels like I'm "gently" moving the brush on my teeth.
-Cleaning isn't that hard, just have to concentrate more on it.
-For tennis I can play with both hands, because...funny story (kind of dumb), when I took tennis lesson when I was 6 the instructor asked if I was left handed or right handed, and at that time I was unsure of what was exactly my right hand and my left hand, so I said left...two hours later I realized that I mixed left and right, and I was too shy to tell the instructor, so I played 3 years as a left handed player xD. At least some good came out of this xD.

Went hiking yesterday. Being afraid of heights it was an experience...

We went there (top of the waterfall).

And today I walked from the end of town to my house...it took as long as the hike xD (gotta love failed plans with friends

I eat lots of pork, i'm quite overweight, and i eat very "badly" (in the sense of health freaks) and my Cholesterol is perfect, it always been, and i don't do anything to have a good Cholesterol.

Actually, for my weight, i should have heart conditions and i don't know what, but i don't, i'm extremely healthy, it's in the genes.

Except my stomach, which is probably beacuse of my scar, or other things.

Can't gain weight. In 3 years I gain 17 pounds (I around weight 127 now). And I eat like 3 or 4 persons xD. My brother even joked that I may have some worms in me (which is false, because that'd mean that I have worms in me since I'm a kid...).
Sometimes I'm scared my cholesterol level is too high or I may become diabetic, be then I stop to think about it and just eat some more xD.

I just get concerned with my health for 2 or 3 minutes every months. Like drinking and smoking. I don't do those 2 regularly enough to be too concerned. Although once I had an infection near my lower back teeth and I freaked out like crazy thinking it may be cancer or something like that because I could feel something for 1 month. So one day I took a hand lamp to lit that area of my mouth and it when I saw that it was almost the same thing as that http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...b9/Toothy2.jpg I was sooooooo happy xD.
But then I realized I may have to my wisdom tooth removed...but since right now it's not bothering me at all I guess I don't need to have it removed for some time.

When I was around 15 I got scared of skin cancer too. But that has passed.

Right now the biggest thing I'm scared of getting is a sore throat, I just hate those, it can give good food an awful taste T_T.

Only 1 thing i hate, that's headache, oh man do i hate it.

i'm really not concerned about my health, my family always had awesome genes, yes we're on the "heavy" side of weight at times, but we still walk, play sports, go out in town and so on, so we're not really lazy, just "well fed" hehe.

Only thing i'm scared of, is heart conditions, since my fathers line, 3 has died of heart problems, that we know of, and my father just got something with his heart too, so it's really scary.

I could probably gain weight if I didn't work out and do other hard manual labor. Only way I stay in shape.

I'm fairly healthy aside from my hay fever but I have medicine for that. I have had two surgeries before and am down to a kidney and a half (true story). But for the most part I usually only get colds and have been lucky not get anything worse than that for many years now. (fingers crossed)

Sore throats are probably the worse thing imo to get. I will take pretty much any other pain over a sore throat. I hate those so freaking much.

well the Scandinavian genes have been know to be pretty long lived (I went to a swedish college and most of my friends of the heritage had grandparents still alive and healthy)....my moms mom lived to be 84 and my mom is still going at 83--

and I did say cholesterol and 'such' which would include other maladies of poor diets---

health concerns, oy, that would be a novel for me. Let's just say when you are just about to hit 40 you should NOT be thinking about having any (more) kids....especially women as the eggs have passed the maturity date!

so what do I hate the most health wise, hm, that would be a hard one since I have had migraines, which dont compare to encephalitis or the test where they injected air into my spinal column to expand every nerve they could. So that would not be it.
Intense pain--look up endomitriosis and see what you get, so that would not be it.

I guess blindness would be it for me....I only have one eye with good vision, and I was an art major in college .....so that would just about crush my whole world. My vision has been degenerating as I get old (gee go figure) and it reminds me I am not 20 any longer.

oy that is too depressing....lets talk about food

made bean burritos for dinner last night, quite tasty even though it was vegetarian fare.

Portugal isn't bad at soccer that is for sure. But they always seem to choke at some point.

well I have health problems but I know what most of them are and what to do to get rid of most of them, a good portion are just due to being born when my mom was older ....she got the 'one of you kids will probably have x,y z....' and as she aged the probability increased and I just hit the mother load

you just learn your limits and respect what your body can and can not do.

Friend of mine recently had a kid and she's around 42. Her pregnancy was... not that fun sometimes. She had to lie in bed almost all the time during the first month, got gestational diabetes and during the lat 2 months the doctors feared the kid will be born too soone so the injected something to stimulate lungs growth.
But right now the baby is pretty healthy ^^.

For lunch : Fried Rice...It's not that I hate chineese food, but eating it at least 3 times per week can be annoying
